Duett Software Group expands its industry focus and Nordic regional presence through the acquisition of Traede ApS

Norway, September 13th, 2024 – Duett Software Group (DSG), a leading provider of
cloud-based accounting, ERP and financial management software solutions, is
proud to announce its strategic acquisition of Traede (traede.com), a
Danish-based software company providing cloud ERP solutions to brands,
wholesalers and retailers across the Nordics. This acquisition marks DSG's
commitment to the e-commerce and retail verticals, reinforcing its growth
strategy in Norway and across the Nordic region.

Traede’s software platform offers product sellers, wholesalers and retailers a
comprehensive solution for managing supply chains, inventory, and sales
operations, all in one seamless interface. By integrating Traede’s powerful
tools into DSG’s portfolio, the combined offerings will seek to provide existing
and future customers with broader, end-to-end solutions that streamline business
operations and enhance scalability.

DSG and the owners of Traede have signed binding agreements regarding the
transaction, which is expected to be closed once customary closing conditions
are fulfilled. The transaction includes a follow-on equity contribution from the
majority owner of Duett Software Group, Accel-KKR (accel-kkr.com), and reflects
a meaningful re-investment by the founders of Traede, who will continue to run
the division. The transaction requires no debt financing.
