Amendment to the liquidity contract with TSAF

Paris, France – October 10, 2025 at 11:00 pm CET - Crypto Blockchain Industries SA ("CBI") (CBI - Euronext Growth Paris: FR0014007LW0 – ALCBI; OTCQB: CBIPF) announces that it has made the following amendment to the liquidity agreement entered into on October 21, 2021 with TSAF - Tradition Securities And Futures:

As of 10 October 2025, the liquidity contract returned to CBI €130,000 in cash.

It should be noted that, at the time of the half-year balance sheet as at 30 June 2025, the following resources were included in the liquidity account:

• 216,699 CBI shares
• €182,973.79

It is also recalled that the liquidity contract had already reimbursed €120,000 to CBI on July 2, 2025 and €40,000 on September 29, 2025.
