Air France-KLM a remboursé les 48 millions d'euros restants d'OCEANE à échéance 2026
Air France-KLM annonce aujourd'hui avoir remboursé en numéraire environ 48 millions d'euros de valeur nominale des obligations convertibles dont l’échéance est le 25 mars 2026 (les " OCEANE 2026 ", ISIN FR0013410628), en utilisant l'option de remboursement anticipé de la compagnie (" Clean Up Call Option ", qui fait partie des termes et conditions des obligations).
Ce montant résiduel de remboursement équivaut à 2 654 942 obligations et le nombre d'actions potentielles dilutives liées à ces OCEANE 2026 en circulation sera donc réduit de 472 580 actions à zéro.
