As announced on 26 June 2026 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated
repurchase of up to 300,000 shares for the company's employee share and
incentive programs.
From 29 June 2026 through 10 July 2026 the company bought 116,100 shares at an
average price of NOK 197.00. See the attached documents for detailed information
about the transactions made.
After these transactions, the Company owns 142,275 treasury shares.
The company hereby ends buyback of own shares.
