Havas Reports the Progress of Transactions Under Its Current Share Buyback Program

Havas N.V. (EURONEXT: HAVAS) hereby reports transaction details related to the €50 million buyback program as communicated on May 13, 2026.

From June 15, 2026, up to and including June 19, 2026, a total of 5,000 shares were repurchased on exchange at an average price of €17.2323.

Up to and including June 19, 2026, a total of 32,816 shares were repurchased under the share buyback program for a total consideration of € 16.6774.
