Revolut's co-founder to leave CTO role
PARIS, June 4 (Reuters) - Revolut's co-founder Vlad Yatsenko will stop being chief technology officer and become a non-executive director of the board, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
• Revolut co-founders Nik Storonsky and Yatsenko have been CEO and CTO of the company since its creation in 2014, according to their LinkedIn profiles, meaning the change is Revolut's biggest leadership shake-up to date.
• Yatsenko will become a non-executive director on July 1, Revolut said.
• He will be replaced by Donato Lucia, currently head of technology, who will become "Vice President of Technology".
• Revolut did not give a reason for the move.
• "We are pleased that Vlad will continue to lend his expertise to the company as he remains on the Board, now as a Non-Executive Director," a Revolut spokesperson said.
