Oslo, 5 August 2025: Group CEO Ros-Marie Grusén has bought a total of 88 000
shares in Komplett ASA at a weighted average price of NOK 12.06 per share.
The shares were acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Following this transaction, Grusén and related parties own 173 000 shares in
Komplett ASA.
