Haugesund, 17 December 2024: Edda Wind ASA (OSE: EWIND) today announces that CEO
Kenneth Walland will step down from his role, effective 1 January 2025, as he
transitions into retirement.
Kenneth Walland has served as CEO for Edda Wind ASA since 2021.The company
appreciates Walland’s hard work and dedication over this period. His expertise
and guidance have been instrumental in building the current team and
organisation, establishing a strong platform for the company’s future
development and growth.
To ensure a seamless transition, CFO Hermann H. Øverlie will act as interim CEO
until a permanent CEO is appointed. Walland will continue to support the company
as a specialist advisor until the summer of 2025, providing continuity and the
benefit of his significant experience during this period.
The company has initiated the search for a new permanent CEO and will provide
further updates in due course.
Edda Wind ASA thanks Walland for his dedication and valuable contributions and
wishes him all the best in his well-earned retirement.
