Operation description
Admission to Alternext the 1,150,536 existing ordinary shares that comprise the equity of SERMA TECHNOLOGIES. The admitted shares will represent the total equity and voting rights of the Company.
Since the admission, the shares will be either in bearer form, or in registered form.
SERMA TECHNOLOGIES shares are currently traded on the Marché Libre and the float represents around 26 % of the shares.
