Italian Wine Brands S.p.A. is the private Italian leader in the production and distribution of national wines. The activity is organized around 3 distribution channels:

• wholesale: sale of wines to operators in the sector (large distribution chains, State monopolies and traditional trade);

• distance selling: direct sale of wines to individuals;

• sale to HoReCa players (Hotels-Restaurants-Cafés).

IWB S.p.A. maintains management and coordination activities for Group companies by directly owning controlling interests in the most significant companies: Giordano Vini S.p.A., Italian Wine Brands Italia S.p.A, Enovation Brands Inc. and IWB UK Ltd.
