Operation description

DSC2 intends to enter into a Business Combination (also called De-SPACing) with Cabka Group  GmbH; an EGM, in which shareholders will vote to approve the Business Combination, will take place Monday, 28 February 2022 at 10:00 CET.  Subject to shareholder approval at the EGM, the combined entity will be named CABKA N.V. and its securities will be admitted to Euronext Amsterdam on 1st March  2022.
