Cambi ASA: CEO transition

Cambi ASA (the “Company”) today announces that the Board of Directors and Eirik
Fadnes have agreed that Fadnes will step down as the Company’s CEO.

The Company has implemented leadership transition arrangements. Eirik Fadnes
will step down with immediate effect. Until a new CEO is appointed, Per Lillebø,
Chair and majority shareholder, will act as interim CEO. Andreas Mørk, a member
of the Board of Directors in the Company, will act as Chair during the interim
period.

The Company would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Fadnes for his
contributions and wish him well in his future endeavors.
