Norlandia Health & Care Group AS – Listing prospectus for subsequent bond issue
Reference is made to the stock announcement made by Norlandia Health & Care
Group AS (the “Company”) on 19 January 2023 regarding its successful placement
of a senior secured subsequent bond issue of equivalent to NOK 522m under the
Company’s existing senior secured bond framework with ISINs NO0010997927 (the
“NOK-tranche”)and NO0010997943 (the “SEK-tranche”). Reference is further made to
the stock announcement made by the Company earlier today regarding the listing
of the subsequent bond issue.

Attached are the listing prospectus for both the NOK-tranche and the
SEK-tranche.
