Lars H. Barstad, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has today entered in to a TRS
(Total Return Swap) agreement with underlying exposure to 80,000 shares in
Frontline plc with expiry date 16th June 2023 and TRS price NOK 173.2232 per
underlying share. Please see the attached form for notification and public
disclosure of transaction attached.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
