Ekornes QM Holding AS: Notice of exercise of call option

Ekornes QM Holding AS has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of
its call option for the remaining outstanding bonds in the bond issue "Ekornes
QM Holding AS FRN Senior Secured NOK 2,000,000,000 Callable Bond Issue
2019/2023" (EKO01/ISIN: NO0010848401) with original maturity date 2 October
2023, and each Bondholder is hereby given notice thereof.

The remaining outstanding bonds will be called at 101.84% of the Nominal Amount
(plus accrued and unpaid interest on the redeemed amount), with call option
repayment date 3 April 2023.
