Hynion AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hynion AS (the
"Company") on 15 December 2022 regarding the final results of the rights issue
of 50,256,900 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.70 per
new share (the "Rights Issue"). The underwriters of the Rights Issue were
entitled to an underwriting fee equal to 12 percent of their respective
underwriting obligation to be settled, at the underwriters' election, in cash or
shares issued at the same price as in the Rights Issue. Two of the underwriters
chose to receive their underwriting fee in shares. As such, the Company's share
capital has been increased and is now registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. After this, the Company's new registered share capital is
NOK 535,203.785 divided on 107,040,757 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.005.
