Written Notice to Bondholders

Solis Bond Company DAC (the "Issuer") announces that it has requested Nordic
Trustee AS to issue a notice to the bondholders in the Issuer's senior secured
callable bonds 2021/2024 (SBCDAC01 ESG, ISIN NO 001 0914914). The purpose of the
written notice is to inform the bondholders that it has made the interest
payment due on 6 January 2023 on 13 January 2023, as set out in the attached
notice.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
