Xplora gets more powerful and personal with X6Play

Oslo 10 November 2022 – Xplora Technologies AS (“Xplora”, the “Company”)
announces the release of its new premium smartwatch X6Play. The X6Play marks
Xplora’s first fully in-house developed smartwatch setting a new standard for
connected children’s smartwatches. X6Play offers personalization and integrates
with Xplora’s premium services, reinforcing Xplora’s industry leadership.

Xplora has endeavored on its most ambitious product roadmap to date with the
release of three new smartwatches in 2022, of which two models are fully
developed by Xplora. Xplora’s entry level model XGO3 was released in Q3 22 and
has already won high acclaim in international trade press. The X6Play is the
Company’s new premium smartwatch with even better specifications in addition to
offering unique platform integration and personalization. Xplora’s portfolio of
smartwatches will be complemented by the high-end smartwatch X6Pro, lifting the
bar for connected smartwatches for children, to be released soon.

More Powerful
The Xplora X6Play ups on all important specifications: better battery
performance, higher resolution camera, a larger screen, improved speaker and
sound and double the storage space. The X6Play is powered by a Qualcomm 2500
chipset, runs on Android operating system, has a crisp and clear 1.52” 360x400
TFT screen and boasts a 5MP camera. The X6Play will be made available as both
e-SIM and Nano-SIM versions.

More Personal
Every child is unique and now their smartwatch is too! The X6Play can be
personalized with accessories, watch faces and ringtones. The X6Play is
introduced with three different bezel colors and three different colored loops
in the box for playful individualization. For additional personalization Xplora
will offer two accessory packs sold separately with additional colored straps,
loops and bezels. The X6Play is built to integrate with the upcoming Xplora’s
premium services with the objective to drive further service revenues.

Xplora X6Play is available in online and retail outlets in November 2022 at an
MSRP of EUR 199 and will be bundled with Xplora Connect SIM where available and
further be extended to premium subscription plans.
