Nova Austral S.A. – Payment of interest by payment-in-kind (PIK)

To the bondholders in ISIN NO 0010795602 - 8.25 per cent Nova Austral S.A.
Senior Secured Callable Bond 2017/2026 issued by Nova Austral S.A (the
"Issuer").

Pursuant to Clause 9.2 of the amended and restated bond terms dated 8 October
2020 (as further amended by an amendment agreement dated 21 October 2021 and
further amended by an amendment agreement dated 23 February 2022 and further
amended by an amendment agreement dated 9 November 2022), the Issuer will settle
the interest payment due on 25 November 2022 by way of issuing additional first
lien bonds. The interest rate will be twelve per cent. (12%) per annum.
