Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 248,080 shares representing 80% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) - Book runner: ARKEON FINANCE Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS - Number of shares: 62,020 shares representing 20% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) The number of shares offered within the OPO may be increased to a maximum of 30% of the shares offered in the public offer, by deduction of the number of shares offered in the Global Placement. If 75% of the initial increase of capital at the minimum weren't completed, ie a minimum of 232,515 new shares issued, the operation would be canceled (orders would be canceled).
Admission on Alternext:
- 2,346,680 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of STREAMWIDE, and,
- 310,100 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 46,515 new shares in case the extension option is fully exercised,
- a maximum of 45,000 new shares from a capital increase reserved to employees and managers of STREAMWIDE,
- a maximum of 11,764 new shares from a capital increase reserved to employees subscribing for a dedicated portfolio named "Plan d'Epargne Entreprise" issued at the OPO price less 20%.
A maximum of 310,100 shares, before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 46,515 shares.
