Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Global Placement procedure The Global Placement is directed mainly to institutional investores. - Number of shares: 469,800 shares representing 90% of the Offer (before exercise of the extension clause) - Book runner: Invest Securities société de bourse Open Price Offer procedure The Open-Price Offer is meant for individuals, investing legal entities and FCP. - Number of shares: 52,200 shares representing 10% of the Offer (before exercise of the extension clause) If the demand permits it, the number of shares offered within the OPO will be set between 10% and 20% of the Offer. The total number of shares released in the OPO cannot be more than 20% of the Offer.
Admission on Alternext Paris:
- 1,203,741 existing shares comprising the equity of Notrefamille.com,
- 261,000 new shares obtained from a capital increase effected as part of the introduction in the stock exchange.
522,000 shares will be offered to the public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO), before extension clause and over-allotment option, comprising 261,000 existing shares and 261,000 new shares.
Extension Clause: Depending on the demand, the number of shares could be raised by a maximum of 78,300 existing shares added.
