Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Global Placement procedure - Number of shares: 406,800 shares representing 90% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) - Book runner: KBC Securities Open Price Offer procedure - Subscription open for Retail investors, legal entities and certain UCITS. - Number of shares: 45,200 shares representing 10% of the Offer (before extension option exercise) The number of shares offered within the OPO may be increased by shares offered in the Global Placement. The increase of capital will be completed with priority. The increase of capital may be limited to 75%, ie 271,200 shares. If 75% of the increase of capital were'nt completed, the operation would be canceled (orders would be canceled).
Admission on Alternext:
- 1,345,454 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of I2S, and,
- a maximum of 361,600 new shares by way of public offering,
- a maximum of 54,240 new shares in case the extension option is exerciced,
- a maximum of 100,000 new shares from a capital increase due to the exercice of stock warrants.
A maximum of 452,000 shares before extension option exercise will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Extension option: Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 54,240 new shares and 13,560 existing shares.
