Global Placement and Open Price Offer
Conditions applying to both Global Placement and Open Price Offer (Ie notice for detail) The Global Placement Before first listing, a proportion of the shares will be included in a public placement in France and an international private placement in some countries excluding the United States of America. - Underwriter: Natexis Bleichroeder - Number of shares diffused: 1 174 407 shares (90% of the Offer) The Open Price Offer - Number of shares in the OPO: 130 490 shares (10% of the Offer) In accordance with legal provisions, under the condition of sufficient demand, the OPO will represent at least 10% of the total offer.
Admission on Alternext the 2 000 000 existing shares that comprise the equity of HEURTEY PETROCHEM at the day of the admission and a maximum of 776 268 new shares that will be issued in the admission framework.
For the listing on Alternext, 1 304 897 shares will be offered to the public as part of a global placement and an open-price offer (OPO). The shares will be obtained from 528 629 existing shares that will be sold in the Offer framework and from the issue of a maximum nominative amount of €130.000 as part of a capital increase permitted by the extraordinary general meeting on May 16th 2006 and to be realised with the listing.
