Admission on Alternext:
- 1,395,700 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of FOUNTAINE PAJOT, and,
- a maximum of 143,160 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 402,467 shares (259,307 existing shares and 143,160 new shares) before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open Price Offer (OPO).
Extension option : Depending on the demand, the number of shares offered could be raised by a maximum of 34,711 existing shares.
The capital increase may be reduced to 75% (107,370 new shares). No existing shares will be sold until the total subscription of the capital increase (100%).
