Common conditions for Global Placement and Fixed Price Offer - Indicative price: 113 euros - The final number of shares offered in Global Placement and OPF will be fixed in accordance with the nature and the importance of the demand. Characteristics of the Global Placement Before first quotation, a proportion of the shares will be distributed under the Global Placement comprising a public placement in France and outside except the United States of America. - Number of shares: a maximum of 119 470 shares, i.e 90% of shares offered to the public - Underwriters: Banque Palatine, International Capital Bourse Characteristics of the Fixed Price Offer The Fixed Price Offer is meant mainly for individuals. - Number of shares: a minimum of 13 724 shares i.e 10% of the shares offered to the public.
Listing on Eurolist by Euronext 379 724 existing shares that comprise the equity of Société Foncière Paris Ile de France.
The listed shares will represent the total equity and voting rights. Since the listing, the shares will be either in bearer form or in registered form at the choice of the shareholder.
132 744 shares (i.e about 34.96% of shares and voting rights of the company), will be offered to the public as part of a Global Placement and an Fixed Price Offer (OPF).
These shares will be obtained in part from the transfer of a maximum of 570 387 existing shares held by a shareholder, Holding Wilson 250, permitted by the general meeting of shareholders held on 9 February 2006.
