Where can I find the KEY required to access the Euronext Delayed Data API product I have subscribed to?

If you are subscribed to an Euronext Delayed Data API product, you may find the KEY on:

live.euronext.com > “My Data Shop” > “My Licenses” tab or click here.

Click “Show” under the column DETAILS. A pop-up will open and your KEY will be displayed on the right hand side.

Note that each subscription/license is associated with a specific KEY. So, you have as many KEYs as subscriptions/licenses.

The expiry date of the KEY is displayed under the “END DATE” column.

Are the Euronext Data Shop subscription/licenses renewable?

The Euronext Data Shop subscriptions/licenses are not renewable. Upon expiry of a subscription/license, you may submit a new order to access the data for a longer term.

Can I cancel an Euronext Data Shop subscription/license?

The Euronext Data Shop subscriptions/licenses are cancelled automatically on the expiry date.

I am receiving the message “Unauthorized – The request requires user authentication” when submitting a request to the Euronext Delayed Data API,  what is happening ?

If you have received this message, please check first if your KEY required to access the Euronext Delayed Data API product is not expired.

You can find the expiry date of the KEY on:

If the KEY is not expired, please check whether the parameters entered in your API request are valid:

  • The ISIN code should be consistent with the asset class covered by your license
  • The MIC code should be consistent with the ISIN code you entered

I have added a product in my Euronext Data Shop shopping cart but I cannot see it anymore, what is happening ?

The Euronext Data Shop shopping carts are automatically emptied every day at midnight CET.

If you have added a product in your shopping cart on a previous day, you should add it again to your cart to finalize your purchase.
