SATS ASA: SATS share buyback program has been completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS"
or the "Company") on 11 February 2025 of the launch of SATS' program to
repurchase up to 10,000,000 of the Company's shares in open market
transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 100 million during the period
from 17 February 2025, until no later than 25 April 2025, the last trading day
before to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, pursuant to an agreement
with DNB Markets.

SATS has now completed the share buyback program. A total of 3,222,237 shares,
which equals 1.69% of the shares in the company, has been purchased on Oslo
Stock Exchange, for a total consideration of NOK 99,988,713.90. The average
price paid per share was NOK 31.0308. Following this, SATS owns a total of
3,408,778 own shares.
