Yinson Production: Approval of prospectus in connection with bond listing

On 29 January 2025, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has approved
the prospectus prepared by Yinson Production in connection with the Euronext
Oslo listing of the USD 600 million, 5-year senior secured corporate bond with
ISIN NO0013215509. Exchange trading in the bonds is expected to start on Friday,
31 January 2025.
