Sale of equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 28 August 2024 regarding
the merger between Sparebanken Sør and Sparebanken Vest.

This stated that Sparebanken Sør owned equity capital certificates in
Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Vest owned equity capital certificates (ECC) in
Sparebanken Sør and that the parties planned to sell these equity capital
certificates before the merger is completed.

Sparebanken Sør has today sold its entire holding of 89,884 equity capital
certificates in Sparebanken Vest at a price of 137 per ECC.
