Kongsberg Automotive Breakfast Meeting: On track to deliver on the 2028 ambitions

Kongsberg, December 17, 2024: Kongsberg Automotive (KA) welcomes investors,
analysts, and interested parties to its second annual breakfast meeting and
networking opportunity in Oslo, Norway today. Today's presentation and Q&A
session will also be broadcast via a live webcast and a recording will be
published on KA's website.

"New business wins are trending at record levels, confirming that KA has the
right products to meet the requirements of globally recognized industry brands.
Despite ongoing changes in customer demand and lower volumes in the past year,
we are achieving planned cost efficiencies. We are also successfully building a
portfolio of customer orders supporting delivery on our long-term ambitions with
approximately 80% of our anticipated 2028 revenues covered," says KA's President
& CEO Linda Nyquist-Evenrud.

At the Capital Markets Day (CMD) in May this year, KA presented long-term goals
of above EUR 1 billion in revenues and an EBIT margin at or above 8.5% in 2028.
From early 2025, the company will start providing a quarterly
award announcement.
