Norconsult acquires infrastructure consulting company Sigma Civil in Sweden

Sandvika, 13 December 2024 (OSE: NORCO): Norconsult has acquired the Swedish
infrastructure consulting company Sigma Civil AB. The acquisition aligns with
Norconsult's strategy of Nordic growth and local presence, and is set to broaden
Norconsult's expertise, while expanding its geographical footprint in the
Swedish market.

Sigma Civil has 125 employees, with offices in Malmö (head office), Göteborg,
Umeå and Karlstad.  The Company specialises in water and sewage, landscape
planning, traffic, roads and streets, project management, environment and
construction, serving predominantly public sector clients.

Through the acquisition, we both strengthen our existing expertise in various

Sigma Civil had net revenues of SEK 120 million in 2023. The acquisition is
expected to generate both cost and revenue synergies.
