Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norwegian
Block Exchange AS (the "Company") 10 December 2024, regarding the final results
of the rights issue (the "Rights Issue").
The Board of Directors has allocated shares to the following primary insiders
and close associates of primary insiders in the Rights Issue.
•Stig Alexander Kjos-Mathisen, who is the CEO of the Company, has been allocated
455,881 shares in the Company;
•Observatoriet Invest AS, a company closely associated with Bjørn Kjos, who is a
board member in the Company, has been allocated 1,223,287 shares in the Company;
•Nye Km Aviatrix Invest AS, a company closely associated with Anna Helene
Kjos-Mathisen, who is a board member in the Company, has been allocated
1,851,852 shares in the Company; and
•Dasha Invest AS, a company closely associated with Nils Sundling, who is the
chairman of the board in the Company, has been allocated 1,851,852 shares in the
Company.
