MOODY'S RATINGS CHANGES OLAV THON EIENDOMSSELSKAP'S OUTLOOK TO POSITIVE FROM STABLE, BAA2 RATINGS AFFIRMED

Moody's Ratings (Moody's) has today affirmed Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA's
long-term issuer rating of Baa2. The outlook for Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap was
changed to positive from stable.

"The rating affirmation and the change of outlook to positive reflects the
continued good operating performance visible in a solid rental income growth of
Olav Thon's retail estate assets, combined with a more conservative financial
policy and expectation of further credit metrics improvements going forward" ,
says Maria Gillholm, a Moody's Rating Vice President and Lead analyst for Olav
Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA.
