SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): SpareBank 1 Gruppen – 3Q 2024 Results

SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the 3rd quarter and
year to date in 2024 were NOK 825 (-64) million and NOK 1 240 (187) million,
respectively. The majority's share of the consolidated net profit after tax for
the 3rd quarter and year to date in 2024 was NOK 442 (-66) million and NOK 647
(86) million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 Østlandet holds an ownership stake of 12.4 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen
AS. SpareBank 1 Østlandet's share of the majority’s net profit after tax for the
3rd quarter was NOK 55 (-8) million. SpareBank 1 Østlandet's equivalent share of
net profit after tax year to date was NOK 80 (11) million.

The merger between Fremtind Forsikring AS and Eika Forsikring AS on 1 July led
to an increase in the equity of the SpareBank 1 Gruppen. The final calculation
of increase in the majority share of the equity amounted to NOK 2.3 billion. In
the profit and loss account, SpareBank 1 Østlandet will recognize 12.4 percent,
which amounts to NOK 287 million in the 3rd quarter.

Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51,44 % by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported a
pre-tax profit of NOK 1 095 (20) million in the 3rd quarter and NOK 1 824 (366)
million year to date, respectively.

Figures in parentheses indicate the amounts for the corresponding period in
2023.
