resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.180 per share, NOK 2 945 759370 in
total, equal to USD 270 millionrelating to Q3 2024.

Record date: 29.10.2024

The dividend will be paid in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the
daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 21 October 2024 approximately at
1600hrs CET.
