Today, a primary insider in Schibsted ASA has been granted 4 719* B-shares in
the form of restricted stock units (RSUs). The shares will be transferred to the
employee at the end of a vesting period, in September 2025 and September 2026
respectively.

transactions to the primary insider.

* Net number of restricted B-shares to be received following the vesting date.
The net number of RSUs is based on a 57% marginal tax rate. The actual number of
shares received at the vesting date may vary, should the participant's margin
tax rate at the vesting date differ.
