Vegfinans Innlandet AS - successful NOK Bond issuance

Vegfinans Innlandet AS has today completed a successful placement of a new NOK
1,100 million floating rate bond. The bond has a tenor of 5 years and carries a
coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.56 % p.a.

The net proceeds will be used for the refinancing of VGFI04 PRO (NO0012424094)
with maturity date 27 September 2024.

The expected bonds have on demand guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from the
county Innlandet. Settlement date is set to 27 September 2024 and the new bond
issue will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM.


Handelsbanken and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
