Sparebanken Sør: Contemplating issuance of Additional Tier 1 bonds

Sparebanken Sør (rated A1 with positive outlook by Moody’s) has mandated DNB
Markets, Nordea and Norne as Joint Lead Managers for a potential issuance of
Additional Tier 1 bonds of up to NOK 300 million with a fixed and/or floating
coupon rate.

The Additional Tier 1 bonds will have a perpetual tenor and have a first call
option for the issuer minimum 5 years after the issue date.

The timing of the potential transaction is subject to market conditions. The
potential bond issue has been approved by the bank's Board of Trustees.
