Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Extraordinary General Meeting Concluded

Atlantic Sapphire ASA has today held an extraordinary general meeting digitally.


All items proposed on the agenda were adopted, as referred to in the notice for
the extraordinary general meeting published on 27 August 2024 as well as in the
revised proposals to the general meeting published on 13 September 2024. In
addition, it was, pursuant to a proposal from the Board of Directors, resolved
that the interest under the Convertible Loan shall only be payable in-kind, i.e.
the interest will be added to the principal amount under the Convertible Loan.

harvest up to approximately 9,500 tons (HOG) of salmon annually. The Company
completed its first commercial harvest in the US in September 2020. Atlantic
Sapphire is currently constructing its Phase 2 expansion, which will bring total
annual production capacity to 25,000 tons and has a long-term targeted harvest
volume of 220,000 tons.
