[Correction:] ReFuels: Annual report for the fiscal year ending on 31 March 2024

ReFuels N.V. (ticker: REFL) ("ReFuels"), one of Europe's leading suppliers of
renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) for the decarbonisation of heavy goods vehicles
listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, refers to its announcement on 31 August 2024
in which it published its audited accounts for the financial year ending 31
March 2024 (the "Financial Statements"), and makes the clarification set out
below.

The Financial Statements are the consolidated accounts for the ReFuels Group,
comprising CNG Fuels Ltd and Renewable Transport Fuel Services Limited.

The Governance Report in the Financial Statements incorrectly stated the total
number of shares in ReFuels held by Baden Gowrie-Smith. The correct number of
shares in ReFuels held by Baden Gowrie-Smith should have been stated to be
14,953,651 shares.

The total number of warrants in ReFuels held by Philip Eystein Fjeld and Baden
Gowrie-Smith was also incorrectly stated. The correct number of warrants in
ReFuels held by each of Philip Eystein Fjeld and Baden Gowrie-Smith should
have been stated to be 158,898.

These involuntary errors have no impact on the ReFuels Group profit and loss
and updated Financial Statements containing the revised figures as referred to
above will be issued in due course.
