Sandnes, Norway, 11 September 2024: Deputy employee representative to the Board,
Anita Hommedal in Vår Energi (OSE: VAR) has bought 211 shares in the company at
a price of NOK 33.14 per share. The transaction was performed on 9 September
2024. Following the purchase, Hommedal holds a total of 2 550 shares in Vår
Energi.
