Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 10 September 2024. In
conjunction with the new bond issuance Storebrand Livsforsikring AS has bought
back NOK 74 million of the outstanding bonds with ISIN NO0010886153 and SEK 38
million of the outstanding bonds with ISIN NO0010820285.

Danske Bank and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
