Intention to purchase ends on Friday 13 September 2024

Salmones Camanchaca’s parent company Camanchaca S.A., announced on 20 August
2024 its intention to purchase up to 1,859,817 Norwegian Depositary Receipts
(NDR) of Salmones Camanchaca, listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange. As mentioned in
the referred announcement, the purchase order terminates this Friday, 13
September 2024.

The NDRs of Salmones Camanchaca S.A. will be delisted from the Oslo Stock
Exchange on 29 October 2024. The last day of listing will be 28 October 2024.

Excluding the NDRs already purchased by Camanchaca S.A. and according to the VPS
as of 31 August 2024, approximately 400,000 NDRs are traded at the Oslo Stock
Exchange, equivalent to 0.5% of Salmones Camanchaca S.A.
