A total of 479 participants in the Company's share programme for key employees
have on September 6[th] 2024 subscribed for 549 110 shares.
The purchase price is equal to the volume-weighted average share price on the
Oslo Stock Exchange in the subscription period, with a deduction for a discount.
Discount for Swedish employees is 25% which gives a purchase price of 90.96 NOK
per share. For the Norwegian and the Danish employee`s the discount is 20%,
which gives a purchase price of 97.02 NOK per share.
The shares are subject to a three-year lock-in period.
A total of 437 participants purchased 507 110 shares at NOK 97.02 per share.
A total of 42 participants purchased 42 000 shares at a price of NOK 90.96.
The shares will be transferred October 2024.
