Hawk Infinity Software AS (“HIS”) has appointed Lars Fredrik Revling as new CFO.
The current CFO, Ingebrikt Bjørkhaug, will continue to support HIS from a
broader role in the HIS parent company Hawk Infinity AS.

Mr. Revling has a background as CFO of Hydrogen Mem-Tech, in addition to 12+
years investment banking experience from Pareto Securities and DNB Markets.
