Endúr ASA – Contract award Repstad

06 September 2024 – Repstad Anlegg AS (“Repstad”), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Endúr ASA (“Endúr”), has been awarded a material new contract for EIFFAGE Gènie
Civil (“Eiffage”), worth a total of approximately NOK 500 million.

Repstad has today been awarded a contract with the French construction company
Eiffage, worth an estimated NOK 500 million in revenues. Eiffage was previously
awarded the main contract for The Norwegian Public Roads Administration
(“Statens Vegvesen”) to build a new section of the E18-E39 motorway in
Kristiansand (Gartnerløkka – Kolsdalen) in Norway. Repstad will act as
sub-contractor for Eiffage.

The scope of the work to be carried out includes; groundworks for roads and
bridges, redirection and establishment of water and sewage facilities, and
redirection and construction of new railway lines. Repstad’s works are expected
to commence immediately, with an estimated building period of 5 years. Repstad
has conducted several similar projects, with both the scope of work and the
contract format being well known, and has previously completed a contract
directly for SVV for the project’s preliminary works.
