Mandatory notification of trades and disclosure of shareholdings – primary insiders

Oslo, 5 September 2024

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has
today, 5 September 2024, purchased 109,691 shares at NOK 2.49 per share via his
fully owned company AB Investment AS. The total number of shares beneficially
owned by Onarheim after the transaction is 25,462,996, which equals 21.39%
ownership in North Energy ASA.

Didrik Leikvang, Co-CEO of North Energy ASA, has today, 5 September 2024,
purchased 109,692 shares at NOK 2.49 per share via his fully owned company
Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after
the transaction is 11,169,242, which equals 9.38% ownership in North Energy ASA.
