Last week of intention to purchase

Salmones Camanchaca’s parent company Camanchaca S.A., announced on 20 August
2024 its intention to purchase up to 1,859,817 Norwegian Depositary Receipts
(NDR) of Salmones Camanchaca, listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange. As mentioned in
the referred announcement, the purchase order terminates next week on Friday 13
September 2024.

Since July, and as of 4 September, Camanchaca has purchased 287,940 NDRs.

The NDRs in Salmones Camanchaca S.A. will be delisted from the Oslo Stock
Exchange as of 29 October 2024. The last day of listing will be 28 October 2024.


As of 31 August 2024, according to the VPS, 596,096 NDRs equivalent to 0.8% of
Salmones Camanchaca S.A. was listed as NDRs in the Oslo Stock Exchange.
