Carucel Property AS - Successful placement of senior unsecured bonds

5 September 2024 - Carucel Property AS ("Carucel") has successfully completed a
new senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 550 million. The transaction attracted
strong interest from institutional investors and was well oversubscribed.

The net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards refinancing of the
existing bonds with ticker "CARU01 PRO" (ISIN NO0010984206) and general
corporate purposes.

Arctic Securities, Danske Bank and DNB Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers in
connection with the placement of the new bond issue. An application will be made
for the bonds to be listed on Nordic ABM.
