Sparebanken Sør: Successful placement of Senior Preferred bonds

Sparebanken Sør has today successfully completed placement of Senior Preferred
bonds with a total amount of NOK 2000 million. The transaction is split in three
tranches with settlement date on 13 September 2024:

• 3Y FRN, ISIN NO0013330506: NOK 700 million, floating coupon rate of 3 month
NIBOR + 0.54% p.a., maturing 13 September 2027
• 5Y FRN, ISIN NO0013330514: NOK 1000 million, floating coupon rate of 3 month
NIBOR + 0.76% p.a., maturing 13 September 2029
• 10Y FIX, ISIN NO0013330498: NOK 300 million, Fixed coupon rate of 4.18% p.a.,
maturing 13 September 2034

The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
